A third-party carrier will ship any merchandise you purchase from OWNONE. The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. While we will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, you agree that OWNONE is not responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by the carrier’s actions or inactions.

If an order within the continental United States does not arrive within 30 days without prior notice of a justified delay from OWNONE, or if the received product is damaged, broken, or defective, OWNONE will work with you to resolve the issue.
