45-Day Happiness Guarantee

We encourage customers to try OWNONE products for 2 months and offer a 45-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund for up to two bottles within 45 days of your first purchase.

Refunds will be processed for the amount paid for the product and returned to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and unless otherwise specified, you do not need to return the bottles to receive a refund.
